Returns and Refunds Policy


FLP warrants satisfaction and guarantees its products are free from defect and substantially conform to product specifications. For all FLP products exclusive of literature and promotional products, this warranty and guarantee shall be for a period ending thirty (30) days from date of purchase.

Customers are guaranteed 100% product satisfaction. Within thirty (30days from the date of purchase, a Retail/Preferred Customer may…

1). Obtain a new replacement for any defective product; or

2). Cancel the purchase, return the product (in saleable condition) and obtain a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.

In all cases, proper notice, proof of purchase and timely return of the product is required to be given to the source of purchase. FLP reserves the right to reject repetitive returns.

How do i make return?

Within 30-days from the date of purhase, if you’re dissatisfied with the purchase and you want to return any item, please contact our customer care team by email at to begin the process, starting:

1. Date of order placed.

2. Order number.

3. Items name you wish to return.

4. Reason for return in detail.

Our customer care team will review your details and send you all the instructions according to FLP return policy.

Returnable items

– Products unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any);

– Faulty items damaged/broken during transportation;

Non-Returnable items

– Products purchased in promotion for nearing expiry date;

– Open, used products;

– Any issue with the products detected after the 30-days of purchase date.

NOTE: Return-Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer’s own expense – (excluding situations of wrong/damaged/faulty items).

Before making a complaint about a delay, please note that on standard shipping, the dates provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail are only expected ones.

We cannot give 100% assurance because there are procedures that are beyond our control, for instance, customs that are regulated by local Government guidelines.

During the delivery attempt, if the order presents any signs of breach (damaged or wet box, with signs of having been opened, etc.), please reject the order delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

You should open the package and carefully check it before discarding the packaging.

If you receive your order in good conditions and, after opening it, you notice that there is a missing or damaged product, please contact us within a maximum of 7-days by a email at

2. Pictures of the package, shipping label, the items received and the batch number of the product(s);
